Our Team
Peace Horizontal Drilling’s team consists of a diverse collection of skilled professionals; from its front-line personnel in the trenches, project managers and support staff, to its supervisors and managers. With varying degrees of experience and unique areas of expertise, all come with a strong desire to work hard and get the job done in the safest, most efficient and environmentally sustainable fashion possible. Our clients have chosen us time and time again; not simply for our profitability and project efficiency; but for our overall approach and commitment to health, safety and environmental stewardship.
Training
Building on years of experience, our seasoned professionals pass on knowledge through classroom instruction and hands-on equipment operation.
Classroom learning
Peace HD provides a comprehensive hands-on training syllabus to develop and enhance the skills and expertise needed to work in the trenchless industry. In-class sessions are led by industry veterans with extensive instruction experience.
Hands-on learning
Peace HD Training and Development offers mentorship combined with hands on learning in controlled environments. Operators can refine and hone their skills using actual machines in a controlled environment 365 days of the year.
Fleet
We take great pride in our extensive array of drilling rig and construction machinery. Every piece of Peace HD equipment is held to a high operating standard and subject to extensive mechanical scrutiny. Peace HD utilizes real-time GPS monitoring systems within all in-field equipment allowing us to manage machinery for maintenance scheduling, compliance activity or driving infractions, and to pinpoint locations.
Equipment Safety
Our Preventative Maintenance Program works to ensure that all of our equipment is properly maintained and that our workers, the public and the environments in which we work are never endangered. Measures are in place to control hazards, define operational procedures and maintain on-going front-line communication between our mechanics and field supervisors. Our safe work practices and policies dictate regular inspection of all vehicles, tools, machines and equipment. All operators must complete mandatory walk around inspections, pre-starts and log entries prior to any work commencement.
